Every Rackad product starts with eco-certified materials and ends with 95% waste recovery — from metal offcuts to powder coating overspray, nothing goes to waste.
By 2027, we aim to capture 40% of waste heat from our powder coating ovens and redirect it to pre-heating and surface prep lines. We’ve also launched a subsidized e-bike program for staff — each bike eliminates ~155kg of CO₂ annually, equal to planting 15 trees.
